Cancellation policy

At WellHaus, we offer both one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions so you can choose what works best for your lifestyle.

One-Time Purchases

All one-time orders (including items from our marketplace) are final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival. If something isn’t right, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at hello@joinwellhaus.com, and we’ll make it right.

Subscription Boxes

Your WellHaus box ships every 3 months based on your original signup date. Subscriptions automatically renew each cycle unless cancelled.

  • Skip or Cancel Anytime: You can skip an upcoming box or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account before your next renewal date.

  • Cutoff Policy: Changes must be made before the renewal date to apply to that cycle. Once a box has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to issue cancellations or refunds for that cycle.

  • Founding Members and annual subscribers enjoy locked-in pricing and exclusive perks.

Memberships

WellHaus Memberships are billed annually and include access to free shipping perks, seasonal gifts, and exclusive content.

  • Memberships are non-refundable once activated.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent renewal the following year.
