What's inside the box each season?

Each box includes 6–8 full-size, premium products—always clean, vetted, and intentionally chosen. Think pantry staples, wellness essentials, and lifestyle upgrades, all from small brands that meet our (very high) standards.

Do I get to see what's inside before it ships?

Nope—and that’s the fun part. While we may hint at the category (think: a pantry must-have, a clean beauty staple, etc.), we don’t reveal the full lineup in advance. This is a discovery box for people who love good surprises and better ingredients.

How often will I receive a box?

Boxes ship every 3 months (4 per year)—one for each season. We’ll email you before each shipment so you’re never caught off guard. If you decide to purchase your box as a one-time order, you'll receive it on the next shipping date in queue.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You’re in control. Skip a box, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal.

Is everything full-size?

Yes. We don’t do sample packs. Every product is full-size—made to actually use and enjoy.

Are the products safe for sensitive skin, allergies, or dietary restrictions?

We focus on clean, non-toxic, and transparent ingredients. That said, we recommend reviewing product labels each season if you have allergies or sensitivities. If you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.

Are these products available for individual purchase?

Yes—brands in the box will be featured in the WellHaus Marketplace!

When will I be billed?

You’ll be billed on the same date every 3 months, just before your next box ships. We’ll remind you beforehand so you can make any changes.

For those who are purchasing a one-time box, you will only be charged the day you place your order.

Can I gift a box or a subscription?

We're excited to be offering the ability to purchase subscription boxes and gift cards to friends and family members in the near future!
