At WellHaus, we aim to deliver more than just beautiful, clean living — we deliver peace of mind (and really great boxes).

Order Processing Time

Most marketplace orders are processed within 5–8 business days from the time your order is placed. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

Subscription Box Shipping

Your WellHaus subscription box operates on a seasonal cycle, with each box shipping every 3 months based on your original subscription date.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link each time a new box is on its way.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your order. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your cart contents, delivery address, and membership status.

Missing or Delayed Packages

We get it — waiting is the hardest part. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email us at hello@joinwellhaus.com and we’ll get it sorted.
