How often will I receive my subscription box?
Your WellHaus box ships seasonally—that’s four times a year. Each box is curated with intention to align with the rhythm of the season, featuring clean, high-integrity products designed to support your health and lifestyle all year long.
We’ll always give you a heads-up before it ships, so you know when the good stuff is on its way.
What kind of products are in the subscription box?
Each WellHaus box is a curated experience across every area of your life—not just your pantry. Inside, you’ll find a thoughtful mix of clean pantry staples, better-for-you snacks, functional beverages, non-toxic home goods, elevated beauty and body care, and occasionally, exclusive WellHaus lifestyle items you won’t find anywhere else.
We’re here to upgrade your everyday—from your morning matcha to your laundry detergent. And everything inside is vetted for quality, sourcing, integrity, and actual impact—not just clever marketing.
Can I skip a box or cancel my subscription?
Yes! We get it—life has seasons, too. You can pause or skip a box anytime by logging into your WellHaus account and managing your subscription settings.
Just make sure to do it before the next billing date, and we’ll hold your spot for the future. No hoops, no guilt—just flexibility that fits real life.

What are the benefits of a WellHaus Membership?
As a WH Member you’ll get early access to each season’s box, special pricing on select marketplace items, first dibs on limited releases, a seasonal surprise gift, a WH collectible membership pin, and so much more. Translation: the good stuff.
How much does the WellHaus Membership cost?
The membership is $97 per year.
How do I sign up for a WellHaus Membership?
You can sign up for a membership on our membership page!
What's the difference between the subscription box and the membership?
The WH Box delivers curated products to your door on a recurring schedule (seasonal or annually), while the membership unlocks exclusive perks and discounts for shopping in our online store. You can have both, or just one!

How can I become a WellHaus vendor?

What are the requirements for becoming a vendor?
We prioritize brands that use clean ingredients, sustainable practices, and ethical sourcing. Once you fill out the questionnaire we will get with you to review next steps in our vetting process.
Do you charge vendors a fee to be listed in the marketplace?
Yes, we offer a low monthly fee for brands featured in the WellHaus Marketplace—but only after they’ve been vetted and approved. We intentionally keep costs accessible so we can support the growth of small, integrity-driven businesses.Visit the Brand Partner page to learn more!
GENERAL
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer payment plans through Shop Pay for your convenience.
What is your return policy?
For most items, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase non perishables within the Marketplace. WellHaus boxes, WellHaus merch, and sales items are final and cannot be returned. Please review our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.
How long does shipping take?
During our launch pre-sale, marketplace orders will not be shipped until May 21 and the first WellHaus boxes won't ship until the first week of June. Outside of our launch pre-sale... standard shipping will typically take 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery as well.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
How do I manage my account?
You can manage your subscription, membership, and order history through your WellHaus customer dashboard on our website.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address in your account settings.
