We get it—sometimes things don’t quite work out. Whether something arrived damaged or just wasn’t the right fit, we’re here to make the process smooth, clear, and (dare we say?) pleasant.
Our Policy
All Sales Final
Seasonal WellHaus boxes and WellHaus-branded merchandise are final sale. Each item is intentionally curated in limited quantities, so we’re unable to offer refunds on these items.
Size Exchanges on WellHaus Merch
We do offer size exchanges for WellHaus apparel—as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. You can initiate an exchange easily through your customer dashboard.
Marketplace Products
Most marketplace items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery—as long as they’re unused and unopened. You can start your return directly in your customer dashboard using our return portal.
Food & Beverage Items
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, food and beverage products are not returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival. If something doesn’t arrive right, let us know—we’ll make it right.
Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Head to your customer dashboard and click Start a Return through the return portal.
- If your item qualifies, you’ll receive a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
- Pack your item securely (ideally in original packaging), and send it back.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
For damaged or defective products, please email us at hello@joinwellhaus.com with your order number and clear photos so we can help promptly.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was on our end.
Exchanges
- For size exchanges on eligible WellHaus merch, your new item will ship once the original is returned and approved.
- If there’s a price difference, we’ll either refund or charge the difference before shipping.
