Yarrow + Willow Wound Spray skips the alcohol entirely. It's built on witch hazel and rosemary hydrosols instead, carrying yarrow and white willow bark — both long used to help slow bleeding and ease pain — alongside plantain, sage, Oregon grape root, calendula, and lavender for antibacterial and anti-inflammatory support without the burn.
