Annmarie's process starts with a slow infusion — organic jojoba oil layered with dried butterfly pea flowers, which are exceptionally high in proanthocyanidins and the kind of polyphenols that actually hold up to exposure on skin. That infused base carries everything else: mongongo (a Southern African seed oil rich in linoleic acid), marula, moringa, baobab, andiroba, copaiba, tamanu, raspberry seed, sea buckthorn, black cumin. Each oil chosen for a specific function, not for completeness on the label.

The finish is where most brands either overdo the essential oils or skip them altogether. This one lands somewhere better — a microdose of blue tansy and helichrysum, softened with a whisper of neroli. It reads botanical and herbaceous rather than floral or sweet. If you've ever smelled blue tansy alone, you know the difference. It's the smell of something that was actually alive recently.

A pump or two, pressed into damp skin after cleansing and toning (or layered over a serum if that's your order of operations). It absorbs, rather than sitting.
