It's the same compound your own white blood cells produce to neutralize pathogens — which is part of why it's non-toxic and safe on food-contact surfaces. At 40 PPM in triple-purified water with Dead Sea salt, Curativa Bay's food-grade formulation is effective as a broad-spectrum antimicrobial that can penetrate the surface crevices and textures of produce, meat, and seafood, then degrades into harmless saltwater byproducts.
