Pink Pearl (a rose-fleshed variety with bright, berry-adjacent tartness), Golden Delicious (classic sweet depth), Strawberry Parfait (aromatic and complex), Rome Beauty (dense and mildly sweet), and Gravenstein (tart, juicy, old-fashioned apple flavor) are blended together into each bag.
